This project proposes the development of nine stacked rowhouse buildings dedicated as Net-Zero-Ready. With a commitment to sustainability, this project allows for affordable housing options that are also good for the environment. There are a total of 130 units by Avalon Masterbuilders and 4 townhouse buildings consisting of 24 affordable housing units by Habitat for Humanity.
