Our spec builder client had purchased two adjacent parcels and sub-divided them to create three narrow lots. Our design challenge was to create three buildings with their own distinguishing feature that could still relate to one another and form a streetscape.

While our focus has always been maintained on multi-family developments, this exercise was more exploration than establishing our path forward.
