Our client’s vision for a comprehensive health clinic materialized in purchasing an existing building on 104 Street. The challenge was that the building had seen at least two expansions with masonry load-bearing walls and our tenant improvement proved to be more complicated than what we originally anticipated. Partial exterior renovation and installing an elevator made our design tasks more intriguing. The North portion of the Main floor houses C-Endo, a state of the art Endocrinology clinic and there are plans to renovate the Southside of the Main floor.
