This is a community complex development based on the existing community building renovation as well as an assisted living building at the back and two luxury condo towers with a podium at the front.

The goal of this project is to develop an additional four floors of residential condos above the existing community building as the existing structure is able to support it.

The Assisted Living building at the back is envisioned to be six storeys with approximately 96 units consisting of a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedrooms barrier-free units.

The two towers at the front rest above a 2-storey podium level that would be utilized by commercial uses such as restaurants and the second floor to be used for community-related events and gatherings.
